Settling into November

I have found myself wanting to side step November. Isn't that strange? I woke November first and thought, "Wait, what? And like that Halloween is OVER!?" I'm not ready. August was a dreamy month of outdoor adventures and September brought much needed routine, schedules, and organized activities. October started with General Conference, moved into classroom volunteering, daily outings to the park next to soccer practice, Harvest Carnival booth setup, sewing halloween costumes, connecting with friends over deep, hard, life things, classroom party organizing, birthday parties, neighborhood Halloween parites, hosting families on Halloween for trick or treating....and now here we are in NOVEMBER. I'm trying to not let this month melt into December and be present by it can be hard. Here's to being grateful for the moment and all that.
