This week looked like: 3 basketball games for Johnny, 5 play dates for the little boys, JV basketball tryouts for Cate, long hours working for John, early morning walks with gorgeous sunrises, orthodontist appointments, Emma emptying wipes, drawers, and baskets, thanksgiving read alouds, raking leafs, Thanksgiving menu planning, trumpet practicing by Johnny, school assembly MCing by Cate, John trying to fix the van’s heat, William spending his own money to buy “Nugly” from the book fair, sitting in front of my window watching leaves fall while I read books, crawling on the floor with Emma.
